If you plan to make a gift through a bequest in your Will, the following examples of wording may be helpful.
“I give, devise and bequeath to Loveland Habitat For Humanity, a Colorado nonprofit corporation, the sum of $________ (or specifically described property)”
OR “I give, devise and bequeath to Loveland Habitat for Humanity, a Colorado nonprofit corporation, all the rest, residue, and remainder of my estate, both real and personal, wherever situated and whether now owned or hereafter acquired.”
You can designate your bequest for a specific purpose, or you leave your gift as undesignated and know that we will apply your gift to the area of greatest need.
